Dr. Berry!!! By learning from your videos and following your recommendations, I got my a1c down from 6.9 to 5.6 in about 5 months. I have lost 60 pounds so far, about half way. I ignored my pre-diabetes for years (and I'm probably type 2 without a formal diagnosis) but since discovering your videos I've transitioned to keto and I'm feeling so much better! Hoping to reverse all the damage I did to my body, thanks so much Dr Berry!

Based on my 5.7 A1C, 15 large underarm skin tags and chronic fatigue, I was undoubtedly pre-diabetic for 10 years, yet my doctor never seemed concerned. 11 months ago I started watching Dr Berry and other keto influencers. 3 months into keto and IF, my A1C was down to 4.7, I had lost 50 lbs and my blood pressure had dropped from 144/98 to 110/70. Now I am down a total of 111 lbs, my BP is 105/70 and all but the three largest skin tags have shrunken to nothing. Plus my joint pain is much less and I can actually walk 5-6 miles every day now. Friends and neighbors comment on my weight loss, and I try to educate them on keto, but they just shake their heads that they just don't have the "will power" to drastically cut carbs.

Dr. Berry after years of being pre diabetic and having all those awful symptoms you mention, I finally did something about it 6 months ago I started eating a proper human diet, watched many of your videos, and stuck with it. I have lost 76 lbs, took up walking daily, tried to reduce stress and feel great! Finding a good MD around here is impossible, but you my friend have been a wealth of knowledge to have-thank you!

Started keto/IF/OMAD in May, transitioned to Carnivore/IF/OMAD in Sept. Have lost 50 lbs, (now 140 lbs), BP now 111/65(down from 148/85), blood sugar morning 91(down from morning 138), no gout, no arthritic inflammation, no IBS, no reflux, no insomnia(sleep 8 hours nightly), no meds at all!😁🙌🙌 Feel soooo great!! I’m 70 and haven’t even shrunk, still 5’7”tall😂😂😄❤️ I love eating this way🥰 Thanks, Dr. Berry🥰

I was diagnosed with prediabetes, went straight on Keto the next day ( because my sister is type 2 and she sent me your videos, lol). I've lost 78 pounds and my A1c is back to normal....Thanks😊

Great info. I think what's really sad is that people don't realize that damage is being done to the nerves and blood vessels in pre-diabetics!! Thanks for always sharing such great advice!!

In August 2021 my A1c was 6.7. Now six months later I’ve dropped it to 5.5. Healthy eating and a promise to myself to get my blood sugar under control as well as dropping 55 pounds reversed my Type 2 diabetes.

I’m pregnant and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes even though my A1c was normal at the beginning. But since I was diagnosed I’ve been doing a pretty low carb way of eating and strictly drinking water and working out 7.5 miles a day and I’ve felt better than ever before. I only have a little over a week till baby is here but I will continue this lifestyle because it has helped me so much! Thank you for all your videos and how informative they are!

Dr. Berry, I am so glad you catch the pre diabetics early. When you have diabetes, it is so much harder to reverse. I did KETO/Carnevore for two years and lost zero weight. Everyone makes you think you have no will power and are doing something wrong. My blood sugar would not go below 200 but I was only eating 0 carb meat. My liver was releasing insulin, fighting against me. I was put on Ozempic which helps my liver and pancreas be more fuctional. I am finally losing weight and keeping normal blood sugars.

I've started intermittent fasting, cut carbs, and started walking to work 4 days a week (2.5 miles) and doing online step classes everyday from home. I've lost ~7 pounds in the last month, feel better, and the habits I'm creating I can sustain. I have finally taken control of my health!

Thank you Dr Berry, you helped me reverse my pre diabetes. 26 months ago your skin tag video woke me up. Over the next few months I lost 35 lbs and all of the sore joints felt 15 years younger. I had to beg my doc for an a1c test a month into eating low carb high fat meals. They relented when I wouldn't settle for anything less. I was 5.9. My toes were becoming either sore or numb depending on the day. All joints hurt. Hungry all day. They said no problem. We'll just keep an eye on it. Eat more fruits and veg and cut out fat meats 🍖 . They only make money when we're all sick.

55 years old, 227 lbs at 5'11", itchy breakouts on my shins, water retention in my ankles and feet, constant painful inflammation in both Achilles and a blood sugar reading of 115. At my yearly physical a month and a half ago, nothing was mentioned about prediabetes, what my blood sugar number was or what to do about it. After I saw my blood sugar number at home, I knew it was time to get serious and heal myself. I've been educating myself by watching and rewatching videos by Dr Berry on nutrition. In about 7 weeks I've lost 28 pounds, itchy breakouts, water retention, foot pain and 1 seemingly unconcerned physician. I know too much now to eat the way I used to, and believe the next 20 pounds I need to lose will not be a struggle at all.

Someone who had pre diabetes like myself knows the importance of this video. People that are prediabetic when depressed will only eat a high carb snack just to fall into a deeper depression. But once they can learn what to eat it will make such a difference in their life. Thank you Dr. Ken for all you do

When I found out I was prediabetic I almost had a panic attack. I knew how serious it was. Like a miracle happened I found Dr. Barry's videos. Then Dr. Cywes. I'll never stop being grateful. Dr. Barry's message is so simple it's almost ridiculous. No expensive crap like shakes, etc. Just clean food with low or 0 carbs and. No sugar.

I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and PCOS in my mid 30's. I'm 47 now with no signs of type 2 diabetes. I changed my diet the same day of my diagnoses and continue to modify it more as time goes on.
