In this video I test out my new Yokohama Geolander A/T GO15 tires that I put on my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder. I took them off road in the snow and mud on Peavine trail just north of Reno NV. I hope you enjoy the video and helps you decide if these tires are right for you. Make sure to subscribe and follow us on Instagram @Autovice.USA.

Hey, Thanks for watching the video. I did forget to mention that I ran the tires in 2WD as much as possible to see what I could get out of them and then in 4X4 after that.

I have been putting these on all my trucks for about 10 yrs now…F150s, Chevy 2500 diesels, and ford rangers and even the wife’s little suv…My 2 wheel drive rangers do pretty good in light mud or snow now. They are great on the highway, don’t hurt your gas mileage, but have enough aggressive tread for your basic off-road or bad weather… seem to last a long time at a reasonable price … even the E load version has been good on the diesels that tow a trailer almost every day. They even did well in a Florida rainstorm from hell when on vacation In Orlando.

One gets the impression that these tires are a milder sort of All Terrain, in order to be better behaved for lots of paved road use, but still some offroading. When I get AT's for my Tacoma, it will probably be this tire.

I got 4. They are super smooth. I use them in South lake Tahoe Commutes to Ski resort's . Not a heavy snow off road tire. But super smooth and will take care of you in bad weather.

Just put a set of these on my Frontier, same year as your Pathfinder, and I used to own a 2000 Pathfinder as well. I know that vehicle inside and out and how it compares to what I drive today, so your review is really relevant and helpful.

Here’s a quick six month review of them on my 99 Forrester in the Pacific Northwest . Excellent on the road in the rain. I am baffled by the hydroplaning comments I’ve heard but who am I to doubt their experience. Off-road and in mud I have been very pleased. Took them on a forest road last week on snow that was a bit slushy and I’ must say I was kind of disappointed they didn’t perform better.

I just purchased Yokohama Geolander AT G015 225/65 17 for my wife's Jeep Renegade Trailhawk before the recent snowstorm in Washington state. They have great traction in rain, snow, and on icy roads. The tries also work well on the muddy back roads after the snow thawed. I purchased the Geolanders for their severe winter ability and to keep traction on a winding 1/4 mile gravel road going up a mountain. They have done both exceptionally! Falken Wildpeak AT3s on my truck are better in mud but not as good in the snow and ice compared to the geolander ATs.

Totally agree, swapped over from BFG ko2 these were terrible in the wet /ice .Cannot praise the Go15’s enough .Noticied a 5 mpg increase when swapped from the ko2s.Excellent honest video 👍

I run these on my Toyota Landcruiser, Iv been running them since 2010, i have had no trouble at all. Iv been to Cape York twice, around Australia, off road and black top, no issues at all.

I just ordered them. I was for Cooper AT3 or BFG AT KO2 but they recommended me Yokohama. I drive a Rav4 1999 on agricultural land and I was told these were better for me. Actially the tyres shop owner has now Coopers but he told me he preferes Yokohamas. So here we go.

This was the first review i found on youtube and i live in northern nevada. Very excited to test these on my Jeep. I'm stepping down a bit from my used mud/snow goodrich tires that wore down bad. I wanted something to put up with my bs. Living in NV, offroad exploring and snow is our playground. But it gets serious quick if you dont have the right equipment. Seeing yours power through the mud is reassuring, though I do wish the sidewall was more aggressive like my current tire. The white lettering looks cool though and ultimately I needed a serious offroad capable tire, that i could tolerate on my daily 1hr highway drive. Lets hope 60k goes smooth 🙏🏻 thanks for your review! 😁

These tires are frigging great. They thrash several feet of snow and have very little noise!

Have them on my FJ Cruiser after Terra Grappler G2, far better on road and off road, better ride and less noise and also better on mud than Terra Grappler.

Not sure but it looks like the set of tires used in the test were the P metric version, the pics shown along with the specs were the LT version. It would be better to show specifically what tires are being tested. The LTs have larger tread voids and are a bit better in mud. I have G015s on my Jeep Compass, LT235/75r15's, and generally speaking I think they are good tires. They are particularly fun to drive in snow and do well on ice also. I have found that occasionally they do slip sideways on wet pavement in cool weather, it's a controllable slide and they will stop fine in a straight line, but it is unsettling. I suspect it is related to the Compass being a light vehicle compared to the weight rating of these LTs.

You actually went on something more challenging than a gravel road like most other “reviews”. And good on you for using the Pathfinder off-road! How do you feel they do in mud? Looking forward to the follow up in mud !!!

Great video! Putting these on a 2002 LandCruiser is 275/70R16. Should be great on dirt roads etc and great on the highway. Perfect! Also 300 dollars cheaper than a set of BFG AT's. #noBrainer
