I was wondering this myself! I was sick and tired of the "wyd" all the time and no conversation. It was triggering me because I was like he can talk to everyone else but me. Now I'm doing strictly self concept because I'm worthy of having long and meaningful conversations with. I'm worthy of being loved and valued. Thank you Kim!! This is exactly what I needed to hear!! In the last few days I’ve been thinking in the old way, which I’ve not felt like in forever!! I was frustrated as to why I was thinking this way, particularly as everything else around me has been awesome. However, it’s also been a funny year, and this is just a reminder that my SP is changing and the old SP is not that anymore. And like you say, old thoughts = old news. Love, could you do a new video on how to stay in the end if the sp just dissapears ( hot/cold) even tho uve been doing all " the things" ( self concept, affirming, being a total hbic) ... this is when u have ALOT of history w the sp. I find myself getting triggered and then reminding me i already have it and i hate flipflopping. 🙃 is this just the bridge. One day hes all in, next poof and i just refuse to play this game ever again after 15 yrs of this without any actual physical union. Thank uuu
