I was a liquidation grade employee for the FDIC and I have been in banking all of my life. A bank does not approve a commercial real estate loan without getting their own independent appraisal of the property BEFORE giving the loan. It is the bank's responsibility to claim the value of the property not the person asking for the loan. The whole thing with Trump is ridiculous and nobody is stating the obvious.

I live in NYC I am a conservative woman and always have been I stood up and refused to comply with all of this and I now own a firearm. I will leave here soon but I have fought like crazy in many ways and seeing all the people who don't care is heartbreaking. So many people are either cowards or in denial. When you live in a place like where I am you see true evil daily. This is so terrifying to watch I real time I do t have much hope at all that this will turn around.
