Every Thursday at 8pm EST, I will be live on YouTube grilling claimants with questions for their upcoming ALJ hearing. Just call 407-279-1754 and we will run questions together. First come, first serve, and please remember to use a pseudo name.

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

I love you, Walter! And ESPECIALLY because you're honest. And for that reason, wonderful to watch! I have noticed, sadly, how honesty is simply not popular anymore. So, when it presents itself, it is enjoyable and refreshing to watch! And so, I always check for your videos, and turn in to watch them! You're a good man, and a rare one, Charlie Brown, therefore, thank you!

I want to thank you for you and your videos

I had my phone hearing yesterday.
I was quite nervous but did well on it according to my attorney with him telling me the judge is going to approve my case.

I feel you helped me with the knowledge of what to do/not do during the hearing sort of thing. You are a big help with what you do. You helped me along with many others dealing with this BS of going through what many of us deal with.

Thank you for all your help. Keep this up. I, along with many others thank you.

I was deemed permanently disable because of severe Rheumatoid Arthritis with bone on bone knees and elbows. I can hardly push my car door open because im so weak and in pain. I pray they don't take mine. Drinking my coffee is even challenging because of painful hands and elbows 😢

Can you lift 50lbs? Can you lift 50lbs many times over the course of the day? That's the difference between disabled vs not disabled. The weight can be 30lbs. The point is a person who's disabled my be able to lift 30lbs or more one time, but cannot sustain that over the course of doing it many times. That's my point. The same theory applies to movement like bending, twisting, etc.
It's about how long you can sustain physical movements, because if you can't, then you're not able to compete in your job.

My besty tried multiple times to get SSI he was born with a cleft palet, and organic brain disorder. He started to take prescribed medication for inflammation of his lungs and gIned wheight, (He ballooned to 600 pounds ) He got breathing problems and ended up on oxygen full time. He could barely walk without excruciating pain yet it took 6 different reviews for him to finally win his case then he sadly passed away less than 3 months after he got approved.

I was approved for SSDI about 6 years ago. I have never been reviewed to prove/disprove my disabilites. I have bi-polar disorder type 2 and chronic back pain. I am now 63 yrs old.

My last CDR was 6 years ago. I moved to Israel 9 years ago, and we have reciprocal agreements with SSDI and Bituach Leumi. I had all of my doctors send every one of my files to SSDI in HEBREW, and it got reapproved right away. I guess they didn't want to be bothered with translating it, LOL!

The last 2 times I got a CDR in the mail, within a month later they sent me a letter saying they didn't need to review me at this time but would notify me when they did so🤔
