Thank you for the explanation of the needed amount of protein per day. You blew me away with the fact the PEAS are a Complete protein!! Makes me curious as to why vegan diets push beans vs peas.

I became super super sick. Too many symptoms to list. My doctor noticed on my blood test I was high in bad cholesterol and mentioned low in vitamin B12. They focused on the high cholesterol 🤦‍♀️. I was getting sicker and sicker waiting for my doctor to try to help me. I requested for my blood work paper and saw I was also low in vitamin D3. I got the Audible: 'Could it be B12?' and in the book symptom after symptom was matching up. I started focusing on taking vitamin B12 supplements but symptoms were still there. My doctor finally mentioned I might have a malabsorption issue. A friend told me about Sea Essential liquid vitamins and just in time. I got to the point where I could not figure out how to walk normally. I started taking the liquid Sea Essentials and vitamin B12, it made it to where I could walk again but still had many symptoms and felt like I was dying. I then requested my doctor give me the vitamin B12 shot, it took about 3 days but I started to notice a difference with improving more. Rapidly my symptoms started to worsen again even with the shot and supplements. I then discovered I needed Methylcobalamin B12 and not Cyanocobalamin B12. Unfortunately the only shot my doctor provides is the Cyanocobalamin B12. I am at a loss on where to go to get the Methylcobalamin B12 shot. My husband's coworker mentioned I need the sun to get D3 to absorb Vitamin B12. Since taking D3 and getting more sun, I have been getting better and better. Why do doctors not mention needing D3 to help absorb B12?

Also, I am a hardcore meat eater, I eat meat every day. And I had a colonoscopy done, that specialist said everything looked why is my poo yellow? 🤷‍♀️
I am still not back to 100%, but I don't feel like I am dying anymore and that was the biggest thing for me. In the book, it says recovery can take 6months to a year.
