Do you want to know the best protein source for fat loss?

Plant based proteins - inferior protein bioavailability, heavily processed, often sprayed with endocrine disrupting herbicides and pesticides, and plant-based protein powders are often contaminated with heavy metals.

pork - Pork fat is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids, due to their low quality feed and the fact that they have a monogastric digestive system. Why is this bad? Too much PUFA can create oxidative stress, impair liver function, down-regulate thyroid, and increase cortisol.

chicken - Chicken is very similar to pork - they’re fed grains high in polyunsaturated fats, which makes their fat higher in polyunsaturated fats. This can reduce the liver’s capacity to metabolize estrogen and which can lead to estrogen dominance, especially if you’re regularly eating processed food too.

fish/seafood - Seafood would be great, but our oceans are heavily polluted. Farm raise fish is pretty nasty since they feed the fish a random assortment of crap, antibiotics, and supplements to alter the color of the meat. Wild Oysters, scallops and low fat fish are great though.

beef - Beef is full of B vitamins which are critically important in cellular energy production, and beef fat is high in saturated fats which contain fat soluble vitamins, which are also beneficial to your hormones, like testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone

You talked about how shitty the industry behind all of these protein sources were, but when it came to beef, you conveniently ignored that and just mentioned it has vitamins and minerals, just like every other protein source mentioned in the video.

This is very selective. You can get meat from any of these animals without all of the hormones and antibiotics. Pork is probably the most unhealthy, but to talk like they don't inject cows with growth hormones, antibiotics, and who knows what while listing that as a con against the other options is just a bit ridiculous.

So cows fed with the same grains that chickens and pigs are fed with are better options and are scientifically healthier? While if the meat is indeed “full range” or “grass fed” is true makes sense how it will appear to be better, the majority of the soil used for agriculture in the us has chemical based contaminants in it unrelated to pesticides or herbicides anyway. Try to less ultra-processed foods (protein bars, protein powders, pre-workout drinks, and other supplements are all ultra-processed foods and it is okay to ingest) like cupcakes and eat more food that are whole or processed (the act of altering a food is thus processing it so most food will be processed in some way) and exercise regularly to be healthy. I don’t think you should worry about buying the most expensive meats because “healthier” for you. But hey what do I know

Eating lots of beef is great if you want coronary artery disease and high LDL from saturated fat. Variety and balance of protein sources is key

(Beef and eggs can be switched, because they are dominant in a free different vitamins and minerals)
