But for some reason there are people that think Sasuke, someone who still has a perfectly good Eternal Mangekyo, can’t use Susanoo anymore? Make it make sense. Hell he should still be able to use Perfect Susanoo too.

Because on the one hand, he ain't an Uchiha so there might be some other connection that creates the Susano, like a certain protein in your blood. But on the other hand, he DID awaken it, (with the help of Obito, but he still awakened it). So now I need answers
