I use a spiral notebook for my budget. I am retired and get paid once a month. I also use a ledger page for anything which gets carried over from month to month.

I have been using this the last couple of years. On the left side(the back of the page in front) I write our income and subtract tithes and the total of our bills for the week to see what I have left for the pay period. Love this!

I use the monthly pages of my planner as my budget planner. I write the paydays and the bill pay dates in the calendar boxes. I write my financial goals on the sidebar. I have a suggestion for your passwords. I create a contact in my phone for the website. Then I have my username and password in the comments of the contact. I can easily share the contact and username and password with my husband or kids. This is more secure than writing them down. I also do this with our Wi-fi password so I can share it with guests.

I used an EC deluxe monthly for budget tracking and insurance tracking. (I’m a former HR girl!). But this year I’m going to try using the calendar and notes pages from my life planner. I love the deluxe monthly but I need to save a few bucks (more than a few!) and I don’t use these pages in my life planner anyway. I always find your set up videos helpful. I started using your layout of the bill tracker page this year and it’s so helpful and simple to set up. Why did I over complicate it?!?! 🤦🏻‍♀️

How will you keep your passwords safe if you lose your notebook (not that you would do it on purpose). You might want to pay a yearly fee for LastPass, password app manager or a similar password app.
