Office 2016 office365 will not licence even after reinstalling office unlicensed product

1. On Command Prompt, Run as administrator
2. On 64-bit Windows with 32-bit Office:
On 32-bit Windows, or 64-bit Office with 64-bit Windows:

On 64-bit Windows with 32-bit Office:
On 32-bit Windows, or 64-bit Office with 64-bit Windows:
Replace YYYYY with the end of the s/n you want to remove
3 Cleared Credential Manager
4. Reboot Computer
5. Setup office and login as user
