I love the way you talk about books. It's so intentional & considering.

Heyyyy girlie girl. Okay, so a great alternative to the Book Swap: Meet Me in the Margins. It's not a FIVE star, but it's pretty solid, and exactly the same premise. So dang cute.
If you're looking for a cozy mysteries for Fall/Winter, you need the Cormoran Strike series in your life. It's good.

First of all, I’m obsessed with your mushroom sweater! Secondly, I also enjoyed Map of the Otherlands more than book 1, loved them both! Third, I thoroughly enjoyed hearing your review of Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice and you throwing the book at the end of the review was amazing 😂👏🤦‍♀️ And lastly, I’m so glad you enjoyed The Ex Hex after a painful search for the perfect cozy fall book! That one was cute, definitely forgettable like you said, but great fall vibes 🎃
October was an amazing reading month for me, I loved every book I read! I read The Storied Life of AJ Fikry, The Spellshop, Rewitched, One Dark Window, Warbreaker, Beartown, and Vampires of El Norte! Some books on my November TBR include All The Colors of the Dark, Rhythm of War, The Thirteenth Tale, and Us Against You 📚

I am not sure if you ever read manga, but Witch Hat Atelier totally hit that cozy fantasy craving I had!!

If you are ever looking for something outside of the normal, I highly recommend it!

Olive! Thank you for talking about The Ministry of Time - I feel like I've seen this book around tiktok and instagram countless times now but really never had any idea on what it's actually about. And now that you've talked about it, I'm sold and ran to add it to my tbr 💗

I really like the way you talk about books—can you do it In a way that doesn’t spoils too much about them? I watch your videos and some time there’s not much left of the book to read about. For example the first book you read—you kinda ruin it for me :(

That sweater is the cutest 🍄

My favorite from October was An Ember in the Ashes and least favorite was The Pumpkin spice cafe.

November I'm planning on reading The Green Mile by Stephen King

The ministery of time sounds really interesting. Adding that one on my tbr! I love Emily Wilde's Mapmof the Otherlands it was one of my favorite reads last October alongside Revival by Stephen King. For November I am looking forward to rereading Pride ans Prejudice and reading Bookshop and Bonedust by Travis Baldree😊

A good one for spooky vibes with a little bit of everything (magic, romance, mystery) I highly recommend Ink Blood Sister Scribe by Emma Torzs 😊

Did you read the dream Harbor series? There’s only 3 books out atm but it really gives Gilmore Girls vibes. First book the pumpkin spice cafe, easy read super quick romance book and the other ones are really cute and cozy as well

I'm really looking forward to reading the Ministry of Time. Tbh I skipped a bit of your video (🤭) because I absolutely don't want to know anything about that book because I just know I'm going to love it and I want to go into that book without any expectations (besides the fact that I obviously have very high expectations... I know I'm not making sense😂😂)!

Dang I have only heard negative things about Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice 😂 the cover made me put it on my tbr but it sounds bad

Next year you should read A Dark and Secret Magic!! I read it last in October and it's set in the last week of October so it was perfect. It's similar to the Ex Hex in my opinion

I've been busy with work so I've read 3 books in October
1) The audiobook of Beyond the Wand by Tom Felton. I loved this. Rated it a 4.5
2) The audiobook of Why I no longer talk to white people about race by Reni Eddo-Lodge. 4.75/5
3) Evolution a Graphic Guide by Dylan Evans. 2.75/5 due to it being overly against Christianity.

Book Swap sounds incredible and has just been added to my tbr

For my Nov tbr, I have 3 books I am reading for my work in church ministry that I would like to finish
1) Life is for giving by Andy Rider - a small booklet about discerning your calling
2) Easy to read Bible Summary for teens and adults by Michael Kotch - a really cool book I would highly recommend so far
3) How Village Churches Thrive by Various People - incredibly helpful for my job

I thought you were going to say you read and didn't like The Pumpkin Spice Cafe by Laurie Gilmore. IMO, it was Gilmore Girls with some spice. It was a good palate cleanser and a quick read. 🧡🎃

I wonder why bookstores are putting Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice with the regular books, I got it from my jobs' Scholastic book fair for my students (I think it's rated 12-14 ). I guess they know the kids are reading adult romances, but it should be in the teen section.
