So I started a couple years ago, went through a lot of mistakes obviously. But I've noticed that majority of the issues once you reach a certain level is definitely your emotions. Sticking to your strategy and rules, and not letting yourself chase the trade. I drastically improved once I started backtesting, getting a strategy I'm confident in, and trusting my charting abilities. Also, when I started tracking and documenting all my trades in my trade journal. Losers and winners, and giving your reasons for entering each trade. And lastly focusing on the trade and not the P/L, because when I focused on the money I wasn't able to follow through or hold trades like I should.. Anyway, a lot of youtubers give bs promises and Dont truly wanna teach, but just want the views. You sir are a true trader and wanna teach. You've helped me a lot. I want to do this for a living and I never started this expecting to get rich quick. When you said it will take time till you make consistent profits, I knew you were definitely one to learn from. Thanks for everything. I can feel I'm right on that brink of truly being profitable

This is spot on, the thing that was keeping me from being profitable was emotion. The amount of trades I’ve got out of way too early in profit seriously held me back. I wouldn’t let them hit tp but I’d happily let them hit my sl. I place a trade now and almost presume it’s a loser, which has led to me actually being profitable

I started with trading one share. It was a two dollar stock
