In El Salvador, my family and I spent $20 dollars per person for private surf lessons (including rental), in Hawaii, it's $200 dollars an hour for the same experience

Careful with the monkeys and the sloths, particularly the monkeys. They carry a lot of diseases that can kill humans.

Be careful with these prices. We always go to Nicaragua and what was going on was the prices were cheap but then we would get charged for our bags going and coming back!! Like $100 or more EACH way.

Its best to choose an upgrade option and pay a higher price to have your bags included in your ticket.

Depends on which city you fly out of. I’ve been to the majority of the places you mentioned. You can travel on a budget with no problem.
