What happens if you fill a Balloon with Liquid Nitrogen?

Will the balloon freeze and crack, and spill liquid nitrogen everywhere?
...Or will the liquid stay inside? And if so, what happens next?

From a physicist: due to the Leidenfrost effect, the balloon wall will actually only cool down a little, not enough to make it brittle and crack. The Leidenfrost effect is the process where the liquid in contact with the wall vaporizes so fast that a layer of vapour is formed, that prevents further contact. This is also the reason these liquid nitrogen droplets roll so effortlessly over a flat surface, they basically glide on their own vapour.
