One great touch in this movie is how much more fluently he speaks among the gorillas even after he learns English, showing how English is his second language.

The fact that Tarzan has very little diaglog adds to the mystery of him and that we really need tp pay close attention to his face, eyes and body to understand how hes feeling. Also, when he speaks to Jane or about her, his voice gets really soft and low. Showing he has a deep affection for her. The voice acting is astonishing.

It really speaks to how well this movie does visual storytelling in that the main character has only 3 minutes' worth of spoken lines, and yet we clearly understand his emotional journey throughout the film. Thank God for Glen Keane (the head animator for Tarzan - the character, not the film itself).

How do people not realise that Tarzan and the Gorillas aren't speaking English to each other. They're talking in their " language". Tarzan talking to tĥe other humans is his first time speaking actual English.

I love the line where he says "not a man like you" at 3:04 and the fact that he realize that Clayton's neck would be stuck in the vine and try to stop him from doing so. Also the expression he shows after seeing Clayton's (💀) just shows how much of a kind hearted man and person he is ( 3:06 ) Bro only wants peace 🫂🫂
