How to Cut Tile - CIRCLE

Hi my fellow DIYers, a lot of people have been asking me how I cut the hole for the toilet flange. So today I'm going to be doing a short video on a couple different ways it can be done. I hope this helps you on your future projects!

Nice video. When cutting round holes I have always used the angle grinder with a buddy holding the shop vac to catch all the dust right where the blade touches. Also, you don't have to cut a circle hole either, sometimes I use the wet saw and cut a square hole that fits around the circular toilet flange, since the toilet will cover it, and it won't matter. Also, it is not necessary to grout between the toilet flange and tiles. Just make sure you have 4 good bolts/Tapcons going through the toilet flange to secure it to the floor on its own. Tile should never be used to stabilize a toilet flange.
