I may look like a rabbit but I’m not, no I’m not
Got improvement that rabbits haven’t got, haven’t got
Can’t you see I’m not a rabbit I’m a little kangaroo
I’m the kangaroo that never grew-ooh-ooh
I’m the kangaroo that never grew

An ordinary rabbit from the zoo, from the zoo
Could not do the things that I can do, I can do
But off cause I’m not a rabbit I’m a little kangaroo
I’m the kangaroo that never grew-ooh-ooh
I’m the kangaroo that never grew

Look at my pouch, so furry and warm
A best place to be in a thunderstorm
Tail glorious kangaroo tail
Haven’t such a tail ever fail

Of the 50 million rabbits running free, running free
Not one of the is cute as me, Cute As Me
And non of the is as beautiful as you-ooh-ooh
I’m the kangaroo that never grew-ooh-ooh
I’m the kangaroo that never grew

Look at my pouch, so furry and warm
A best place to be in a thunderstorm
Ears wonderful kangaroo ears
Only hearing what the kangaroo hears

With a hippity hop and a one and a two
(?) here’s something new
Put out your paw and say how do you do
To a kangar amazing a
Kangari mackaboo
Kangaroutstandingaroo

this was for some reason on tv when I was very young. which would be normal if I were australian but I'm canadian lol. I rewatched the full thing a few years ago and didn't realise until that day the Kangaroo mom was playing along at the end. I thought it was a twist that he was related for some reason.
