I think this officer is such a true man & teal hero. I was crying with him b/c I’m know this will be haunting him for the rest of his life. I can only pray for this great officer/partner!

The burden that this man still carries is painfully obvious. His breathing was labored as soon as he started to talk about the situation. I pray this man is able to be freed from the guilt and the burden he carries, and is able to realize that it’s not his fault... RIP Artie!!!

Sir, you are a warrior! I could see your trauma triggering and I wanted to hold your hand. Your partner would do all the same for you. He’s watching over you and your family. As a semi-retired Lt. Col., I know how it feels to lose people you are closer to than blood family. Right before your eyes. Visiting their families is always tough but I do it as a promise made and kept. May God Bless you and comfort you.
