As a kid growing up on a small farm, I didn't even know this was a workout. I was just told to take a 5 gallon bucket full of feed or water to the animals 😂

Listing to Pavel Tsatsouline on Huberman Podcast this exercise, he recommends taking 30% of your overall body weight for the 1 ARM kettlebell and switching hands periodically. He named someone who worked up to running a mile doing this same exercise.

I would like to know which is better and why the suitcase walks are farmers walks?

The water here is frozen. I do a 30 lb pale x4 from the washroom to the barn (80)steps. In snow and ice. I weigh 126 lb. Is this a decnt comparison?
