Santorini Day Trip - Caldera Cruise | Santorini, Greece

We went on a day trip around Santorini in style - on a beautiful sail around the islands! We cruised to the caldera, where we learned about how Santorini was created from the remnants of a violent volcanic eruption many years ago. We hiked up to a top of a caldera, swam in "hot springs" (spoiler: they were neither hot nor were they springs), watched one of the best sunsets we've ever seen, and had delicious food with our friends Minos and Suzy. This was our favourite thing to do in Santorini. We were hesitant at first, because it seems really touristy, but this was WORTH IT for €80 per person.

WHO WE ARE
We are Nicole and Rob. Nicole was born in the Philippines and Rob in Australia, but through the magic of the internet we met each other more than a decade ago and eventually ended up getting married. We moved from Melbourne, Australia to Maastricht, the Netherlands two years ago, taking the leap across continents to see more of Europe. This vlog is primarily a way for us to document this special time in our lives, but it's great to have you along for the ride as well.

GEAR
We're still learning how to create content with the least amount of gear, so this is bound to change. Nicole is a bit of a gearhead, so she's always trying out new tech. Here's a list of cameras we use regularly, but we very rarely bring all of them on a trip.

Our vlogs have been a mix of all of these, and some are recent acquisitions. We change cameras all the time, depending on where we are, what we're doing, and how much space we had left in our backpacks. :)
