Rolling along in my wheelchair on Parliament about 24 years ago, I heard a sound of a dry bicycle chain. I turned, it was Woody. He had the same grin on his face while labouring on a rusty bike. His smile brings pure joy to my heart.
We r changing rapidly jowever, i hope he has the same freedom of the past when he visits Toronto.
