I have always liked his roles and acting style, but I find it ridiculous, that when any actor is trying to get the first few jobs, they are ridiculed and thrown away. But when they make it through, everyone is after them. Seems the only talent the producers, directors, agents and movie studios are looking at is how much can this movie sell? I have heard that the best work Al Pacino did is in his safe at his house. Why? because its not cmmercially viable. he didn't bother giving those movies to the studios since they were only thinking about sales.

I like George Clooney, but why the hell is he already getting a lifetime achievement award when female stars, who have longer history in film aren’t getting the recognition they deserve? Where’s Jessica Lange, Sally Field, and Michelle Pfeiffer’s award? Their careers go well into the 60, s, 70s, and 80s, while George’s claim to fame was ER in the 90s!
