Intensity is not something that you either have or don't, it is something that we can train. At the beginning of HIT don't expect much. It took me six months before I felt like I was pushing my muscles really hard.

Until you've tried this, and gone to truly failing, trembling and coming out of the movement as slow as possible, you don't know what hard is. You'll never feel a pump like you get from this. Felt like my pecs were eating my sternum. 😅

Incorrect 😂, you ABSOLUTELY can reach failure by not being able to complete OR start the next rep. this is the most ignorant synopsis I've ever heard. Don't take advice from clowns folks.
