Ubisoft Massive have confirmed The Division 3 is on it's way!

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is an upcoming online action role-playing video game developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The game will be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 15, 2019.

Played from a third-person perspective, the game takes place in Washington D.C. 7 months after its predecessor, in which a civil war between survivors and villainous bands of marauders breaks out. In the game, players can cooperate with each other to complete objectives. The game will also feature raids, which can be completed by up to 8 players.

The game is being worked on by Massive Entertainment. Evaluating the feedback from players regarding the first game, Massive Entertainment planned to include more game content at launch and improve the endgame. The game's endgame development was prioritised by Massive Entertainment after hearing players' complaints from the first game.

The game was announced on March 9, 2018, by Ubisoft, with the first gameplay footage being premiered at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2018 in June 2018, In the Expo, Ubisoft confirmed that the game will be released on 15 March 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A beta is set to be released prior to the game's launch. After the game's release, three episodes of downloadable content, which add new story content and gameplay modes, will be released for all players for free.

The division 1 was more populated and division 2 was more scaled. I found so many rooms and nooks and crannys with special places like real life pics from the creators I believe and possibly real notes.

I had to see your video. You've been a trooper for this game for a while and I'd laugh because I could feel your mutual frustration with a game that is loved by so many with so much potential, but with the content that was added just wasn't cutting it. It felt really hard to jump back in game and feel like doing the same thing you've done for years.

I don't think this announcement could have come out soon enough. It is nice to see though. Not holding my breath, but at least content to see some official word that things are moving forward in the right direction. Good luck to the team at Massive. We're rooting for them.

I hope they got a hit from ( The Day Before )at what it should be want open world going everywhere in big cities and small, wilderness etc. and they can add content expanding the game along not to struggle and delay the game because of the size....

It may be huge news, but not anything that will affect us now. Realistically, if they are just now putting the team for it to be started when Star Wars Outlaws ships, figure about a year til production starts. Once production starts, figure a bare minimum of two years of development to ship it. So likely a 2026 release. We got a lot of waiting to do.

Well done for not dragging a tiny announcement out in to a 10 minute video 😂 we got a long time to wait so let's not start circle jerking just yet. If Massive can take the atmosphere of the first game and meld it with the movement of the second game, hopefully with a less simplistic gear system than the current one, I'd be happy with that as a basic start point.
