xampp apache not starting problem | xampp disable button after again start

XMPP server staring problem.
xampp apache not starting
xampp disable a button after again start
After installing xampp apach server get Error.
How can i Solve this problem

Find out #Listen 12.34.56.78:80
Listen 80
Replace
Find out #Listen 12.34.56.78:5676
Listen 5676
Save a file and Close.

Find out #Listen 443
And Replace
Port 388 and Save a file.

If you not solve this problem then install XAMPP Apache other a drive.
