[FIXED] XAMPP Error Apache Shutdown Unexpectedly

How to fix XAMPP Error Apache Shutdown Unexpectedly.
Port 80 is in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!
This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method
Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
If you need more help, copy and post this
entire log window on the forums .

i have stopped IISM but it's not working.

I had that problem on Win Server 2012, I fix it runing XAMPP as Admin and works perfect.

After too long and too many try, finally i got my solution through New windows installation

I don't have inetmgr....the folder is empty in inetsrv
I already tried changing the ports from 80 to 8080 and 443 to 4433 in the apache config files and not working either
any other suggestions...?

You are using Xampp as administrator that's why you are able to start the Apache
