I was an air traffic controller for 20+ years and had to learn "limited weather observation." There were a few cloud types I had never heard of. Always great to learn and fill in the gaps.

Fun fact: Roswell, New Mexico is one of the few places where Lenticular clouds can form. The UFO superstition in that area comes from people mistaking the flat disks of these clouds for alien spaceships, especially at night. I'm hoping to see one when I go there!!

8:53 I have experienced the Morning Glory cloud, what Mr Atlas Pro didn't mention is that when each cloud comes over it blows cold air down to the ground, taking air from the upper atmosphere and blowing it into the ground. This means you get a sudden temperature drop of 10C or more. So when I first saw the clouds it was about 28C then it dropped to maybe as low as 16C in less than 30 seconds and it feels like stepping under an air-conditioner outlet.
