My tiktok account is currently private cuz of a situation that had happened. The person is already blocked on there. It was a scammer

But I do wanna go back to public but I'm afraid of them finding me again. Mostly because I noticed my posts don't get much engagement private like it did when it was public. I changed my username and everything. I know I can adjust my settings to friends only for a public account but that still won't make a difference cuz scammers can still find you in other ways. I'm just pissed about it
