Social Anxiety can be so debilitating and painful, that many of us have avoided socializing for years. This video will describe 7 “must-do” tips to help you overcome social anxiety, connect with others and lessen your suffering.

I have personally struggled with social anxiety and social phobia most of my life, since I was a young child. It took me years as a therapist to develop strategies and rewire my brain effectively to embrace socializing and connecting with others. My passion is sharing what I have learned to help others. I am hopeful that you will absorb the attitudes, motivations, values and techniques that I share in this video and embrace overcoming your social anxiety and social phobia as well.

I just started university and it’s online. I’ve been in quarantine for a long long time and I also live in another state than where the university is and will move when online courses are over. I feel lonely a lot despite staying in contact with my high school friends just because I dont really know anyone at the university. Most of them already met up and know each other and Im really worried I wouldn’t be able to get friends when I move since everyone already knows each other... Anyways went on a ramble there but just wanted to write down how I felt I guess. Lovely video and Ill try my hardest to get myself out there ❤️

I have just watched both videos on social anxiety and they made an awful lot of sense to me .I think I may do some of the things that you talked about but will still avoid those work parties, I`m much better in a smaller situation ! I think I need to work more of praising myself for even doing these small things (something I`m not very good at) I find my mental health issues very frustrating at times so have lots to work on.

I’ve always had social anxiety. It went full blast when I had a near death experience at work about a week ago. Fear is the worst to feel, it’s effecting my heart. My near death experience was vasavagal syncope episode. The doctor said slight dehydration could have set it off but my Adrenaline kicking up caused me to have a very 3 hr panic attack. Now I am just scared of it happening again. I am exposed myself out in the world about four times this week and it seems like Some days are good and some days are bad.
