been a Course student for about 15 years. A few years ago I was becoming almost despondent about how I had seemingly plateaued in my spiritual growth. I decided to focus on my physical health and made huge positive changes to my diet. No sugar, no carbs, no grains, organic foods etc. The results were amazing. I lost 60 lbs and became incredibly vibrant and enthusiastic. I returned to ACIM and found my heart full of love and gratitude. Meditations are becoming deeper and more fulfilling. By getting healthy and not having the ego whispering in my ear all day about those "chronic disease health issues" it has been incredibly beneficial to my personal spiritual growth. I thought it was antithetical to concern myself with my health but instead it has been liberating. I applaud you on partnering with Organifi and for helping to validate my reasons for eliminating an unhealthy body as an impediment to spirituality. I don't try to spiritualize my healthy choices, I just know for me, poor health was a distraction.

OMG. Thank you. When I woke up this morning, I saw a video on self worth...saying you are worthy. But later in the morning I was feeling sorry for myself and concluded I was just not worthy of Gods love because a prayer was not answered...or the answer was No. But in the middle of my bucket of pity tears I looked at the time and it was 11:11. Then right on queue I come across this video. Now I realize where this unworthiness is coming from...I am holding myself to a higher standard than I am currently at. But my first message of the day was that I am worthy. Thank you. Today I learned a lesson about self worth....still learning. ;)

Being truthful to myself I would say that I’m at the empowerment level. But I feel like I had a spiritual awakening. And in that time I feel like I got a glimpse what it’s like to be at the awakening level. Because I had that bliss and was able to see all of the beauty around. I had this immense love for everyone. I still like a part of it is still there but then I still have some of those old tendencies. I’ve also come to the realization that I was at the primal levels early in life and it’s great to know that I’m progressing. So to me knowing where I stand I know that it will take some work but it’s a bright future ahead. Thank you for this video it was truly illuminating.

Such a cool representation and presentation. Thank you Aaron. When I started on this journey of initiation, I said to myself, I want to go all the way as far as I can go. I’m coming out of the dark Knight of the Soul and I’m never going back there again 🙏🏻lol. My mind was so strong and did not want to let go! Things are moving faster now that I find myself focusing on the truth, and not emotion, thoughts, or the illusion of this plane. I feel I have glimpses of illumination now… Meditation opens the door. The SQ level Aaron mentioned related to the heart chakra sounds difficult to achieve, but that's actually in line with the Law of One if I understand it correctly where green-ray (heart chakra) activation basically means fourth density. Humanity is still in third density.

This is incredible. The steps for the integration of the 76-100 "I Am The Mind" level resonate very strongly with me. Over the past few months I’ve learned about "Shadow Work" and have been making great progress by becoming aware/acknowledging/accepting my shadows, instead of just trying to ignore them. The shadows just sort of disappear when you finally shine the light of love/awareness on them! I’ve really been evaluating my limiting beliefs and becoming conscious of what beliefs I hold/whether or not they serve me. This process has been very liberating - each limiting belief that I become aware of and integrate feels like a weight being lifted!
Finally, I have a strong desire to experience love. My love/compassion for the world and the people/beings around me definitely increased. One area I’ve had trouble with for much of my life has been love of self, as I can see that I have tendency towards martyrdom. I think that balancing this area and understanding how to love myself as much as I love others (or just understanding that all is one, so loving myself and loving others is really the same thing) is one of my final steps in this level. So exciting to see what’s coming on the rest of the journey! :)
