Gotta say this is a pretty darn good recipe. Very close to authentic. cut the oyster sauce and sriracha and instead put on chili flakes and a squeeze of lime before you eat

Any recipes is easy and fast if everything is alright washed and xut and set at the right portion.
The part that takes longer about cooking is pre and post cooking specially the utensils and mixers and pans washing.
