There are 5 bennificiaries with equal shares of some lakefront property, one of the beneficiaries is the executor & wants to keep the property and doesn't want to buyout the bennificiaries who want to sell at their fair share (which would be 1/5 of the appraised property ) is this concidered self help on the behalf of the executor who is also a bennificiary ? Is this even legal? I hope you can help with some solid knowledge on this situation, if you could I would truly appreciate the help. I hope to hear from you. If not thank you for your time.
