That First one with the skeleton inside the mammoth rib cage, It would be a reference to Empire Strikes back when Luke was stuffed inside the Tauntaun to keep him warm. Skyrim is of course at the very least subarctic climate and would be brutally cold during the winter. Also they could have been hurt climbed under the rib cage seeking shelter and succumbed to their wounds.

how does Breezehome being the cheapest home qualify as a secret? Whiterun is the first city most people find when they play the game, of course it will have the cheapest house. Also, assuming someone plays the game they're likely going to find that there is player homes in most cities that are more expensive than the first and the smallest home.

That Humanoid Skeleton inside the Mammoth's Rip Cage is confusing, because Mammoth's dont eat flesh.
They can kill you, but will never eat you.

As for the whispering door quest, It is a must have before obtaining other artifacts since most daedric artifact quests requires you to kill someone thus empowering the ebony blade as well

The ebony blade is the most evil daedric artifact in this game as it has you betray your friends to gain more power, you can hear mephala cheering you on as you kill the ones that trusted u.
