how to Kickstart a moped/scooter

I have a buddy 50 it's older I can send a picture it too sits outside all winter but I do cover and break the cold Michigan wind.
Now it has sat for all last summer and today I replaced the battery, but won't start yet it turns when key is on I am going to attempt to do the Kick am a lady so it may be tough for me but you give me the courage, !! Here goes nothing!!

My battery is completely dead as I left it on. Has got a kick start. Do I just keep kicking the kickbstart. It's a 50cc

Great video, this was easily explained so thank you. If it takes that long to kick, would a bad spark plug also be an issue or is that something completely separate?

To kickstart you don't need to press the brake

Hey my mopad is hard to start on kick start mine is identical i followed your steps it starts right up then but when i turn it off and try again its like it always in a cold start

I am in sweden -5 degrees cold, my viareli injection scooter with new gel battery can not start with kick start, what shoul i do ?
