How on earth are you getting 139 FPS on max settings with a 2060 super ? And if overclocked GPU what are the settings ?

I5 10600k Is 100$ more than a 3600.
plus you need a cooler(+$50)
So is 150+ more
N motheboard cheapest z490 now is 150$, cheapest b450 is 70$.
So that's another +80 difference.
So the total difference is 230$ more to get an i5 10600k
That's alot.
