I just read the terms. Existing customers basically have to upgrade or add a new line of service and purchase a new device to qualify, and be on unlimited plus or ultimate

verizon never follows through with their deals. My deal was a free TV when purchasing new S24 and having unlimited plus. now they have no record of it, tell me to go to the store i purchased from who tells me to deal with verizon support who told me the store is the only one who can deal with it. complete bs. good thing i actually needed a phone since i still had a S7!
