I don't know if you can hear it but I had a throat infection during the time of recording and upload. It was probably a terrible idea but oh well. 😂

There's really not a lot going on when it comes to Easter Eggs but here are a few.

You forgot 2
1. If you use /say command when you are dead, you will get a message saying "The dead cannot speak".
2. Rarely, when you get struck by an Orbital Strike, you will get a message saying "My eyes! The goggles do nothing!" this is very rare, I only saw it once in ~1700 hours.

in the base the auger in amerish, there is a giant hole directly in middle under the bridge. you fall in it, you die. cute little pit of death

Excellent video and it’s amazing how many easter eggs there are! I’ve been playing since beta and even now I’m still finding little details on the map. The big mech was an excellent throwback, and another fun little detail remains inside the tech plants, where a large cannon like the ones from the Colossus can be found. There’s also a ton of submerged artifacts in Oshur similar to those found in the Outfit Wars map.

Apparently, the Esamir Monster roar is currently at the Ascent on Amerish, in the mountaineous area south of the west-looking entrance to the A point.

The Tech plants on the main cap point had the Colossus cannon there like if it was under RnD for a long time before the ever released it into the game. Also on Indar some of the old bases are still on the map but aren't important / connected. And probably another easter egg is the shattered warpgate on the ice map (use to be a warpgate).

Awesome video Possum! While I never got the chance to play PS1, I watched so many vids of PS1 a few months ago to see what things were like 13 YEARS AGO (my god).

They're the original 6 vehicles we had in planetside 2, but PS1.

The first row is the flash, then the lightning tank (which had a machine gun and the python cannon it has now), and the sunderer. It only held 8 people but had 4 guns and you could shoot from the sides.

Then there was the Magrider, the prowler, and the vanguard on the bottom shelf.

I only seen the Big Mech on indar, out of everything. And you are saying it's no longer in there?

There is a new easter egg or old, idk but it's an alien technology in the water in oshur, the color of the alien technology (look like an obelisk) is orange so i think we will have a orange alien faction ?
And in all maps i listen sometime some alien sound

In one of the loading screens there is a TR Light assault armed with a TRAP... that's prety much an easter egg to me...

Sucks they removed the monster roar. One of my earliest videos showed this Easter egg.
