NEW RECORD! Planetside 2 did it again!
Most players online in a single FPS fight.

Although unofficial, I think it's safe to say that no other games could beat this, well at least for now.
1228 players on Emerald Server
1241 players on Connery Server.
Too bad this wasn't an official Guiness Record like the last time but hopefully soon!

Congrats to everyone and thank you to the devs for their hard work!

That was a blast! So much fun. I'm totally psyched that I got a chance to participate this time. There were bound to be some challenges when trying to push the limits of the game like that. No biggie. I didn't have any real issues while playing either which was surprising. My connection went yellow once in a while, but my frames never dipped below 60 even in the biggest fights, but tbh I tried to avoid them when possible. I really appreciate your positive take on the event. Cheers!

This event was pretty janky for me. I ended up chilling in connery Indar where we broke the emerald 'stable' record.

The number would’ve been much higher on emerald if people were logged in properly, mass ques in the 100s, and people not knowing how to get on pts. Though we did break the record I guess 🎉

I got on Emerald fine, but when it switched to Connory, I couldn't log in. 1600 people on Emerald was fun while it lasted though!

It was very nice to Play with people all over the world on that event. But now I'm glad to be back on cobalt playing with a better ping

In the end i were on Amerish, Emerald BUT i had around 10 tries to log in on an unloved existing VS character which all ended in a game crash. Pretty frustrating because the event had started already half an hour ago. At a last attempt I made a new char as NSO and ...
went in the game smoothly without crash. But the best part comes here:
I watched Cami's stream at the same time and people saying there are queues of hundreds of players... but not for me. Due to the fact that NSO gets thrown on any free server space there is and have a PS2 Subscription there was NO queue for me AT ALL.
At the end i was one of the 1228 Players and man that felt very special. And i have an NSO char on Emerald server now. Whatever xD
I am very sorry for all those who couldnt be there due to waiting time or game crashes.

it does count even before the event started we got it to over 1500 and then everything crashed

I just bought an hp victus with a ryzen 7 and a 3050ti and wow i got over 70fps on ultra (except shadows off) in every fight even the 96+ tunnels on Amerish. I used to play on an i3 and an integrated graphics. I had the best experience with that world record event. Do you know what the reward is?

It was fun, even though I was stuck on Indar the entire time... surprisingly my connection was fine, even though USeast is halfway through the earth from middle europe

planetside 2 Europe is dead if u combine the europe servers together u might have enough for a realy bad extremly early day on the us servers. and playing on US server for me lagged so much i thought i was playing on a windows 98 comp
