Thanks to the comments pointing out a mistake in the video, it's Alfred, not Albert. Super sorry for the error and confusion. thanks for watching.

I actually like how the Teddy Perkins episode was basically a horror thriller

This is one reason why I love Atlanta. One moment you can be laughing your ass off at a funny moment, seeing how deep the social commentary can get and then watch some dark/fucked up shit in this show…..and with all the wackyness the storyline is still clear

That moment when Stacy beats up Earn is one of the realest moments in the show. Sometimes you can stand up for yourself and be completely in the right and still lose.

The darkest episode for me is the FUBU episode, it's the foundation of the dynamic of Earn & Alfred as a whole. It showed no matter what they go through, regardless of the circumstance, regardless of what they plan, do or don't do, It seems to have very strong yet unpredictable impact on others around them that can go either way. Love unpredictable the show is

That episode with the FUBU shirt was even deeper than Earn and Paperboy coming up. It also about the introduction of uppers to young adults I forgot where I read that. If you remember the girl that was depressed and always sleeping in class, at the end of the episode she was the most anxious one in the class even after the teacher just telling them about their classmate's suicide.

I like how Clark constantly shifted between sweet and wholesome to straight gangsta within the matter of just a few scenes

Episode 1 of Season 3 might just be the darkest episode of the entire series, especially if you know the true backstory of what took place as it pertains to the people involved.

The Clark County recording Booth scene definitely sat with me the longest in how chilling it was.

This show is trzuly entertainment gold. The humor is so well balanced with the surrealism and realistic drama to the point you’re never leaning too much into one emotion where you’re either too sad and bummed out or the humor is so over the top so you can’t get into the drama. It’s so well written and directed to which you just watch without any expectations or need for a certain story arc as the show doesn’t rely on a continuous story or plot but rather focuses on each episode as it’s own subplot within the grander main plot that plays out throughout the entire season rather than being linear

Idk what’s more shocking. That Teddy Perkins looks a lot like white Michael Jackson or the fact that was Donald Glover in whiteface

"Three Slaps would definitely be up here when they redo this list lol

I recently decided to start watch Atlanta hearing it was good and funny. But never did I expect it to be dark, twisted and absurd and absolutely brilliant. Loved every single episode and season 2 was even better than season 1. It really is that good. Cant wait for season 3

Atlanta is such a good show. I'm sad it's ending after season 4.

The TSA scene was even deeper when you realize that to preserve himself like Earn did, he put gun in managers bag

Not even remotely as dark as any of these, but one moment that always got me was when Earn tries taking Van out on a date with only $60 in his bank account 🤣 It hits me so hard personally because I’ve legit BEEN THERE.

While I would have liked Atlanta to continue after season 4, it’s better to be short and sweet rather than drag it out

That engineer scene has a deeper meaning. It's a commentary on how some rap artists are treated by certain engineers who don't respect Rap music. That's why they kept repeating, "You need to stop playin'..."

For what it was the teddy perkins episode genuinely blew me away ngl. It was a perfect short thriller/horror movie. Roll on season 3 and can't wait to see what happens next.

Idk if it just me but the way Teddys face when he sees Benny is alive looked so sunken in and just dark, the lighting crew and make effects crew was amazing on that one
