Accomodation Antikythera should not be a problem. There is an incentive for new people who want to live there to receive 500 euro per month for 3 years of temporary stay and land + house from their goverment management. You did not mention that incentive. Why not? It will make life and cost of living easier for people. Fact is that these benefits are praised and funded by the island itself to keep the community active and alive to attract more tourists and other people.
