This video is NOT sponsored, I simply wanted to try out the app! Overall it seems like you save about 60+ percent (sometimes higher) on each purchase... but you have no idea what you're going to get! In some situations it really was a good deal, in others it's food I'd rather not have in the first place.

We ordered from a lot of different places and a lot of different food like Coffee Bean, Donuts, Pizza, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Japanese, and more.

Have you guys ever tried this app? Would you buy mystery restaurant bags? Some of them seemed like a good deal but you never know what you'll get!

I work at Starbucks and I just over load the bags, I give people 10 times what they paid for not even kidding even though we’re not allowed to but I feel like it defeats the purpose to just put like three items in the bag and throw over ten items in the bin.

I absolutely love too good to go! Unfortunately where I currently live there are few options, but when I first heard about it when I lived in France, I would get these so often from restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores. It’s so worth it to try out!

The second item in the Kosher bakery box is a half babka! It's a sweet braided yeast bread with chocolate, cinnamon, sugar, raisins or other sweet fillings. Soooo delicious!

I work at a bagel shop where the bagels are made fresh every morning. At the end of the night we bag whatevers leftover into baker's dozens and sell them the next day for $4.99..13 bagels would typically be around $20..I love the concept of this app

I used to work at a local sandwich shop here in Switzerland and we always let people pick what they wanted from whatever we had left. The nice people always got at least one extra item and whoever came just a couple minutes before closing got to go home with basically everything that was left, sometimes that was 3-4 bags stuffed to the brim with sandwiches, breads and pastries 😂
It’s very hit or miss but most places around here (except for grocery stores) don’t pre-pack the mystery bags and just give you a budget for which you can pick from the leftover items, at least in my experience ☺️

It's kinda ridiculous that 9 pieces of fruit with an melted sugar glace costs $22

Yes! My work does TogotoGo, we sometimes just jam pack 2 full dinners, and more, plus dessert in each order. Over 20 dollars worth in each order, for half price. Great deals, helps our waste sheets and helps out some people with affordable eats.😊 highly recommend!

I live in Europe and use ToGoodToGo frequently. There are a lot of options here! Thing is you kind of have to realize you're generally only going to get what is about to expire. Additionally some places are more stringent on whether they give you the original discounted price or more (not that I'm complaining about only getting a roughly 2/3 discount on average). Biggest issue is most of the places are bakeries and its just too much sugar for one person, but thats hardly a bad issue!

I’ve used the app before and my biggest recommendation is READ THE REVIEWS!

That being said, grocery stores have great options, usually. I’d go for the bakery department at the store near my work. Regularly would get full loaves of artisan bread, danishes, croissants, muffins (all by the TRAY FULL). It was usually a good mix of savoury and sweet which was perfect. Also the prepared foods counters at grocery stores, if they offer, usually have good deals as long as you’re not a picky eater!

I’m a food bank user because money is tight, and this is another good option for a decent amount of different/more interesting foods at an accessible price. It’s nice to get real quality grocery store baked goods (I’ve gotten a whole cake before) or a rotisserie chicken (plus more from the hot table) or prepared fruit/salad trays that you wouldn’t normally get from the food bank.

14:32 Disney DID hire actors with dwarphism, then Peter Dinklage an actor with Dwarfism who already has a whole career made for himself said on tv it was disrespectful and so Disney responded by getting rid of all the dwarf actors! They had already filmed majority of their scenes too, it’s so sad because a lot of those actors this was their first big break and would have been a real opportunity for them in the acting world to soar their careers but an already prominent actor decided through his one own opinion that he personally didn’t like it and took that away from them 😪

The thing i don't like is if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, there's no way to mark them down. So I can't use the app, but I like the idea of it.

this app is also available here in Australia. I'll give it a try and report back with my thoughts. Seems like a great initiative 👏

9:01 I actually watch that guy’s videos. His Chocolate creations are amazing. He is super talented. He also uses that egg shape for the foundation of his sculptures a lot.

This is a great movement because approximately 1/3 of all prepared food in the U.S. Goes wasted(EPA)! Love seeing more emphasis on food waste prevention. ❤
