Looks great! I cant eat rice or pasta, due to spiking blood sugar. Potato and beans dont really bother me.

Thank you, PBL! Hope you are enjoying fall weather, it's such a relief here in Texas from the 90° heat! I've been having oats cooked with a diced apple topped with ground chia, flax, walnuts, berries and soy milk on cool mornings. But this looks like an interesting breakfast option. Thx! 🌱

I think Dr. Greger could rethink what people need to eat as they age. If, at age 77, I ate that much food, I couldn't get up from the table!

His meals are not similar to what most contemporary vegans eat, I would assume. And very likely, his meals are not similar to what most humans have eaten for a long time, either. So *if* his diet turns out to be working for him, it doesn't mean that most contemporary vegan diets would also work. And if his diet doesn't turn out to be working for him, it doesn't mean either that most contemporary vegan diets would also work, because his diet is not similar to either vegans or non-vegans.

Personally I prefer more of a raw whole food plant based diet. Here's what I had today. How am I doing?

Breakfast
Smoothie with greens kale pineapple mango
Walnuts
Lunch bean burrito with hall avocado cilantro salsa. Red juice with beet carrot apple ginger. Pineapple for desert

Dinner
Kale and collard salad with baby tomatoes 1tsp olive oil balsamic vinegar. Little bit of quinoa and 5 pieces of sweet potatoes two pieces tempeh marinated. Green juice with cucumber lemon ginger kale collards and apple

Late night pineapple mango smoothie with chia seeds ginger and cayenne pepper. 1/4 cup walnut pumpkin almond cashews. 2 dates
