Zoom facing privacy, security backlash as demand for video conferencing surges

With millions across the globe working from home, video conferencing has seen a surge in popularity. But one company, Zoom, is facing a backlash over a series of security and privacy lapses. From built-in attention tracking features to "Zoombombing", the company's cybersecurity practices are under scrutiny. It is now facing at least four lawsuits. Mr Sharat Sinha, vice-president and general manager of Check Point Software Technologies, discussed the problems plaguing Zoom, and the safeguards that can be put in place to prevent security issues.

Why business meetings require video conferencing. Can't we just do it in normal phone call or email? Really we are wrong and it's our mistake.
