Bro used Conqueror without realising it, deflected Kaido attack multiple time, gave him a scar, remind Kaido of Oden which make him avoid Zoro attack and last but not least ready to laid his life for Luffy. The respect I have for Zoro✨

since their first clash at whiskey peak it was clear luffy and zoro are pretty close strength-wise. our dude showed glimpses of observation haki (voice of all things vs mr 1) and conquerers (asura vs kaku) before his captain cause he always gets injured and/or almost killed (following Rayleigh's explaination of haki bloom to luffy later in the story)

Zoro literally tanked an attack that would one shot everyone (Luffy, Law, Kid, Killer). He shattered around 30-40 bones, protected Luffy multiple times while Luffy was legit gassed 3-4 times. And even after all that he was the only one that managed to legit hurt Kaido TWICE. (Tatsumaki and Ashura). Luffy had to get combat-ressed 3 times and only managed to keep going because of deus ex machina God devil fruit which also empowered his Haki. I would argue that a full rested, post-wano Zoro could really give a fresh Kaido a run for his money.

Zoro even stopped kaido and big mom's combo attack 'conquest of the sea' alone and he still had enough strength to do this to Kaido
