That option isn't available on mine. Does anyone know of other options? Some apps don't have a vertical ellipsis on the App Info screen, and when it is present, the only option is Uninstall Updates.

tnx, i tried that but the "app info" screen of my cube acr app didnt show 3 dot menu on the top right. im using oneplus nord 2T running android 14 and trying to get my phone to record my phonecalls. do you know why?

In my device The option isn't available on 3 dots, but if you scroll down same page you would see the option "Allow restricted settings".

For those who still dont know how to find it go to your apps that you want to get accessibility restricted, scroll until you find "Allow restriction"

If you can't find the restricted setting on Andriod, go to app, then go back to settings then go to the app and click on the app info and you should see three dots on the top right.
