I loved working with the Brits downrange. Those guys were awesome. Their BX always had goodies that ours didn’t, and they had a lot more latitude on where they could go outside the wire. US Marine, here: any given Royal Marine is going to be better trained and equipped than their American counterpart, but they have different missions. The US Marine Corps is big and can conduct land warfare across a theatre by itself for 30 days. The Royal Marines can't do that because they aren't big enough; they're much more like special forces than anything else.

Dated a guy when I was 14/15 he was 17 and went into the marines and wrote letters about how much it sucked and how hard every single second of everyday was. He made it top of his class or like at least top of each crazy fitness thing they did.
Wait… now that I think about it maybe he didn’t make it to the top but said that. Idk he did do wrestling and worked out all through high school so
Maybe idk but I know it was tough he cried when leaving cause he was scared how hard it was gonna be. Made it out and now has a family. Haven’t spoken in years but he made me realize at a young age how much effort goes into training to protect our freedoms. I think

You can only compare the royal marines to seal teams 1-5 because in operation green dager the royal marines absolutely smashed the us marines
