Using Bad Code to Learn How to Write Great Code

Bad code can in fact be turned into learning material, it all depends on how we look at it! Here are 3 ways to make the most out of code that you don't like.

May I suggest a sequence of videos?
Well... As your topic is about writing good c++, or fixing bad code, why don't you do some screencasts? Maybe with code that you pass through and that you find ugly and then fixing it? Or just some beautiful solution that you wish others would have taken, but they didn't, and then show why?

I know that this kind of videos would be much more cumbersome, but well... I can say that I would definitely watch it.
And if you do, I will gladly share them with my friends ;)

You are very young. You don't strike me as knowledgeable. You look more like the waste of money agile programming promoter then the guy who is going to teach me how to actually produce better software.
The software base i'm working on is complex and people who can tell me how to improve that software can't be young and energetic presenters. They will be wise 40+ with long employment credentials and track record in a field which is at least similar to what my software is about. They may be even dressed in a lab coat for some reason.
