Jfc, do people lack media comprehension? It's said in the song that she knows her man will be loyal and faithful, and they've been together a long time. That it would take more than seductive stares to steal him from her. But she's just letting Jolene know not to even try it because even though she knows it'll fail, she'll still defend what's hers and beat her ass. No where in the song does it say the man is getting off Scott free. In the chorus, that sung from the point of view of the man, he says he'll keep standing by his woman.
