It’s actually good for you because those bubbles put tension on your bones/joints, it feels good because you are literally relieving your back/fingers of pressure

Thank you I was about to feel some type of way if a medical professional didn’t know that. A dude did it for decades as an experiment and he never got arthritis.

I never cracked my joints...yet work up one morning a few years ago with ankles the size of cantaloupes and now am on chemo due to autoimmune/auto-inflammatory arthritis 👍

It can cause arthritis for people who apply too much pressure if you try to crack your finger and it doesn’t crack don’t force it bc that’s how it gives you arthritis

The best study was by Donald L. Unger of Thousand Oaks, California. For 60 years he only cracked his knuckles on one hand and not the other and his hand strength and movement was exactly the same for both hands
