There is one crucial step you missed "put the Starling Router on bypass mode so it can act as a modem only ". I am using it with my RBR752 Orbi.

You don't need the starlink router AT ALL if you use the flat high performance dish. The HP dish has a separate power supply with ethernet cable that goes directly into the WAN port of the ORBI.
